Playrooms Guide (Two Pixels UG)
Playrooms is a single-player liminal horror / simulation game by Two Pixels UG on Steam (AppID 5037510). Thousands of balls are scattered through eerie playrooms inspired by the Backrooms. You collect them, fill ball pits to unlock abilities, spend balls as currency on tools, and when the shift ends and the lights go out, you stay in the light. The full game is Coming soon; a free Demo is available now.
Not Dreamcore's Playrooms, not Winterblood PLAYROOMS, and not Sony's The Playroom — this wiki covers only the Two Pixels Steam title.

How Playrooms works
- 1
Collect
Pick up the 200,000+ balls scattered through liminal playrooms and corridors.
- 2
Fill pits
Return balls to ball pits. Full pits unlock new abilities; collected balls are also your currency.
- 3
Buy tools
Spend balls on equipment such as a scoop or flashlight so you can keep working.
- 4
Stay lit
When the shift ends, lights go out one by one — stay in the light. Fear intensity is adjustable.
